At the following LINK you will find the FULL CATALOG of all the AppQuality services and, for each of them, you will find:

  • the name that distinguishes the type of test
  • the link that refers to the detailed graphics of the service
  • the link, if available, which refers to the Wizard to start an Instant self-service CP
  • the link which refers to the All-In-One Wizard to start a Standard CP
  • the type of delivery that the customer will receive
  • a brief description of the test that will be carried out

----Clarification:

An Instant campaign is a campaign with a fixed scope that will have an output in about 24-48 hours. This is a self-service way to run a test.

A Standard campaign is a campaign without scope limit that will have an output exactly as described inside the Detailed Graphics. This is kind of campaigns are usually runned by CSMs (through dedicated wizard). ----Inside the catalog sheet, you will find services splitted up in 3 main units:

  • Software Quality, everything related to Functional tests
  • UX Research / Design, everything related to User eXperience
  • Market Insights / CX, everything related to Market Research and Customer eXperience

Every unit has a Service Owner (SO) associated that is responsible for the quality, processes and delivery of every single service inside the unit.

Detailed Graphics​

Below are the graphics, both generic and more detailed, of the flows that characterize a Testing campaign, from the start of the campaign to its conclusion and closure.

This is not just a graphic details, this is exactly "How we work" and "How we do" in AppQuality.

The graphics for each service, linked within the sheet, are detailed as follows:Esempio flusso Functional Testing (Bug Hunting) The flow thus represented presents:

  • the name of the test and a brief description of the test, what it consists of and what the output will be for the customer
  • a color legend that distinguishes the various temporal phases of the test
  • a legend with the details of the names of the actors involved
  • a brief description for each of these phases

General flow of a Functional Testing campaign The flow represented above is the detail of the actors and related actions that follow a Functional type campaign. Functional campaigns can be of different types: bug hunting, exploratory, testbook testing, etc.

General flow of a UX Testing campaign The flow represented above is the detail of the actors and related actions that follow a User eXperience campaign. UX campaigns can be of different types: user testing, prototype testing, remote survey, etc..
