GOST Team

The goal of the team is to solve company wide issues, empower bottom-up decisions, and enable innovation and effectiveness all around the organisation.

That's why both scope and pillars of this group are Organisation, Governance, Policy and Execution.

This is an official structure to address company's need of clarity and communication.

This team consists of people of different seniority and expertise.

These specific people have been involved in the first place either because of their role in UNGUESS, or because they have demonstrated a strong interest and commitment in these topics over time. That being said, the members of the group may vary in the future.

Participants are asked to be active. If a member is experiencing a particularly busy period, needs to focus entirely on their day-to-day work and isn't able to be as involved as requested, they are candidly asked to step down, so that we can get other people on board instead.

Anyone in the organisation is can feel free and welcome to share any problem, doubt, suggestion, with any of the above member that you feel comfortable talking.
