A high level of responsibility pairs up with specific duties and decisions to be taken to guarantee performance and a good work environment. Business, people and product are the main ingredients to take care of. A right dose of freedom allows the degree of flexibility we expect will be used to maximise the results. On the other hand, it will be crucial the sharing of best practices and critical issues with other BUs and BoD (sharing is caring).
Each quarter the head of BU will be asked to present the results and main events of his/her BU to BoD, with specific focus on performance (sales, gross margin, deviation from budget). Within the end of January of each year, he/she will be asked to work on the BU annual budget.
