Bonus Education

At UG we strongly believe in training and the value it can bring, the idea behind it being that anything that can enrich the individual brings, by extension, wealth to the company.

This concretely translates into a budget of EUR 1,000 that each employee has at his or her disposal for training.

In addition to training courses, it is also possible to take advantage of the bonus for the purchase of specialized textbooks, up to a maximum of €100, always to be deducted from the €1,000 bonus.

We also recommend that the use of the bonus in question take place upon passing the probation period.

Use of bonus in internship is not covered.

To use the bonus, it is necessary to follow these steps:

  1. identify, possibly with the OK of your Leader/Director, the course/certificate/master etc. in which you would like to enroll;

  2. check that you have not already used up the amount available in the current year;

  3. Enter the Training request in the appropriate area of Factorial “ courses Of Training” > “request Course”. NB : Fill in all the required data correctly, you will thus facilitate both authorization and purchase.

  4. Wait for authorization from your manager and HR, the last step of AFC will be directly to purchase

  5. The purchase will be made directly from AFC, to whom all data should be provided : link, company, cost etc..

N.B. the activation of training courses is strongly recommended in Q2 and Q3 or in any case should be calibrated to the company deadlines and workloads of the period concerned
