Smart working

We strongly believe in work flexibility, for this reason, this initiative aims to give you freedom in how and where you perform your work, in accordance with Law 81/2017. Here are the key points of the agreement:

Voluntary Participation: You can choose to work remotely without any limitations on the number of days, with the approval of your manager.

Location Flexibility: While your official work location remains unchanged, you can perform your duties from home or any other suitable place, even abroad, as long as it meets our safety and confidentiality standards. If you plan to work abroad, please inform the HR team at least one week in advance to allow us to make the necessary notifications to INAIL.

Working Hours: Your working hours will stay the same, with a one-hour flexibility for start and end times. You will have the right to disconnect outside of these hours.

Health and Safety: We are committed to ensuring your health and safety while you work remotely. You will receive annual information on specific risks related to smart working.

IT and Security: You will use company-provided laptops and must follow all security guidelines to protect our data and systems.

Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of company information is crucial, and you are expected to adhere to all privacy and security measures.

As stated by the Law 81/2017 The smart working modality includes the presence of a written agreement. It must be in writing. It must specify the duration (fixed-term or open-ended), rest periods, work tools, and how the employer can exercise control. It could be considered as a side contract directly linked to your employment contract. For this reason, we need you to sign it during the hiring process along with the other provided documents.

Health and Safety: The law emphasizes that the employer has a duty to guarantee the health and safety of the employee, even when they are performing their work outside the company's premises. To do this, the employer must provide written information about general and specific risks. This is granted with the H&S smart working notice that we kindly ask you to sign every year.
