FAQ-Tester report download problems

Possible problems:

  • the Tryber Selection Report (.xlsx) is not getting downloaded

  • the Tryber Selection Report (.xlsx) is getting downloaded but not all testers are included

  • the New Tryber Selection Report (gsheet) is getting downloaded but not all testers are included

Possible solutions:

  • the download fails when there are many selected and/or unselected users, you should use a Redash / Holistics dashboard to get the main information of the report (e.g https://data.app-quality.com/dashboards/40-tester-selection-dashboard?p_CP%20ID=4325)

  • the download doesn't include the users without devices or selected with device "0" (any device) AND doesn't include the pre-selection form rejected users, such more complete information can be retrieved from Redash or Holistics

  • the download doesn't include the users without devices or selected with device "0" (any device), which can be retrieved from Redash or Holistics, also the download only includes the selected testers
