In all cases in which you are unable to work for health reasons, you must activate the 'sickness' procedure.

  1. you must notify your team/leader (it would be a good habit to also change your status on Slack);

  2. Inform your general doctor of your health status, who is in charge of telematically sending the certificate to INPS and giving you the certificate's protocol number;

  3. Enter the certificate and the protocol number received from the doctor in Factorial;
