Focus del CSM
L'attività fondamentale del CSM è la cura e l’attenzione del cliente, dall’analisi delle esigenze fino alla fine della campagna di test con l'obiettivo di creare (se possibile) un rapporto di fiducia duraturo.
Ricordati che il lavoro si divide principalmente in 3 fasi:
- PRE TEST
- ON TEST
- POST TEST
