Milano

Our office in Milan is near Central Station, in Via S. Gregorio 34 in the Alkemy building.

Space and desks: we have 23 large desks, so we can guarantee 23 comfortable working stations. Other 5-8 people can use the meeting room. Two phone booth. Open space at the basement level. A 40 sqm terrace at the 4th level.

Access

  • the address is Via San Gregorio 34, where a large “ALKEMY” sign stands out (Repubblica is the closest metro stop)
  • once you are into the building, you will need this simple numerical code 3404 that has to be used into one of the elevators on the right (in case of doubt, please ask to the doorman);
  • there is a small keypad inside the elevator, if you insert the right code (3404), a green light appear and you get the access to the upper floors
  • then select the 4th floor, where you will enter the new UNGUESS space
  • No bagde or keys needed, just the secret agent skill to memorize a 4-digit code and to type it properly

Elevator: remember to use the elevators on the right, that arrive directly to the 4th floor (code 3404)

Parking: For those who are not domiciled in Milan or cannot easily get to the office by transport, there is a maximum of 2 (two) monthly reimbursed parking expenses at APCOA in Piazza Einaudi (https://www.apcoa.it/parcheggi-in/milano/piazza-einaudi/). A long working day costs 9,00€. If you should prefer other parking garages with higher fees, we will always consider 9.00€ as the maximum amount

Meeting rooms:

  • the “RAME” meeting room at the 4th floor, for 5-8 people, is reserved for UNGUESS. If you want to reserve this meeting room, please follow these simple steps:
    • check if there is already something scheduled, to avoid overlap
    • create an event on Google Calendar Alkemy
    • name the event “Sala Meeting RAME - (topic of the meeting)”
    • select the time frame
    • invite the attendants
    • enjoy the meeting
  • at the 4th floor there is also the “ARIA” meeting room, up to 12 people, that has to be booked sending an email to anna.cappa@alkemy.com with Karen o Antonio in CC.
  • at the basement level there is another elegant meeting room “GOLD”, but it has to be reserved only for special occasion, since we have to pay for it

Package delivery: remember to inform every contact that our address has changed, otherwise WeWork will continue to receive our stuff and they will reject the delivery

Food and beverage: at the basement Alkemy has a comfortable lunch break area, with a full kitchen, some fridges with food and beverages and an open space where you can enjoy your meals/breaks. You will need to download the app COVEM that will allow you to buy delicacies from FrescoFrigo slots and coffee.

Water is free on our floor, it is recommended to bring own bottle.

Terrazzo: our floor has the direct access to a wonderful and sunny terrace, where you can spend some time to have your phone call, to relax, to meet Alkemy’s people and whatever. We are asking to Alkemy to move smoking stuff on the left, to limit the impact, please be patient.

Phone booth: we have two phone booths in front of the elevator, but only one is reserved. The other one is in sharing with Alkemy’s people, but if it is free, we can use it.

Access to other floors: basically we have access to the entire building, but keep in mind that only 4th floor is the one reserved for UNGUESS and the basement is in common for the break. If you need to meet some Alkemy team based in other floors, we are supposed to be authorised to go, but if we want to be more polite, please go to the 2nd floor, where the Alkemy’s reception is available to direct you in the proper way.
