Privacy Documentation​

UNGUESS has its own internal privacy management system, and in particular, a system for managing how personal data obtained from various data subjects are processed . UNGUESS in order to ensure the protection of personal data according to the GDPR and relevant legislation has formally appointed, with notification to the Italian Privacy Guarantor of the 'act of appointment, an internal Data Protection Officer (DPO), in the person of Luca Olivares and can be contacted for his DPO duties at the email address : legal@unguess.io
