Ticket Restaurant

One of the benefits designed to satisfy the needs of employees, together with the Welfare platform, is the use of Meal Vouchers: a flexible solution to save money, manage household expenses and minimize grocery spending.

At UG we remain remote lovers, indeed the meal voucher is a solution that provides coverage on everyday grocery shopping. It is a tax-free solution and a real income support for employees.

Vouchers are provided for all employees as they are eligible for them starting from 1 hour of daily work. Vouchers are provided for work days and for 5 working days per week.

We chose Edenred with its Ticket Restaurant because of its great coverage throughout Italy grocery shops and also because of its possibility of providing a fully digital ticket.

You won’t need a physical card, instead, to use the tickets you need to download the Ticket Restaurant app to your phone. Consider that, as soon as your user account is created, you will receive an e-mail on your company address so that you can set your password and configure your profile.

Once you have created your profile, you can look in the app for the Menu at the top left :

• Menu > Tutorial : to see the general operation of the app and how to use vouchers from the app;

• Menu > Favourites : to select your favourite restaurants or supermarkets in your area;

• Menu > Use : to use the vouchers and pay, first choose the number of vouchers and then a barcode will be generated to be scanned at the time of payment.

The meal vouchers for the month will be charged on the 10th of the following month, just as you would for your salary.
