Meeting room rules​

you can book the cobox rooms from https://prenota.co-box.it/.

RULES FOR RESERVATIONS:

  1. To reserve a room, you must have access credentials, credentials are unique and common for all unguess.
  2. Reservations can only start and end at the exact time or at 15, 30, 45 minutes of each hour.
  3. It will only be possible to delete future bookings. Past or current ones cannot be deleted.
  4. Eating is strictly forbidden in the meeting rooms.

There are 3 rooms available for booking:

  1. Marconi room, 20 seats, equipped with 55" screen and HDMI connection (for solo calls or small internal meetings, prefer the other solutions);
  2. Tesla Room, 10 seats, equipped with a 55" screen and HDMI connection;
  3. Edison room, 2 seats, equipped with desktop.
