Welfare

One of the benefits designed to meet the needs of employees, along with meal vouchers, is the introduction of the Welfare Platform also from Edenred.

The platform allows employees to choose from a variety of services such as reimbursement for education, transport and family care costs, assets and services such as sports and wellness, health, culture, leisure, travel and vouchers, and finally pension payments.

Corporate welfare applies to all employees on permanent contracts and, where applicable, also to workers on fixed-term contracts and apprentices.

Modalities of Access

The modalities for using the benefits are governed by specific company communications. Access to services may be through dedicated digital platforms, in our Case Edenred

Welfare Financing

The corporate welfare plan is financed through contractual funds, in particular the annually accrued variables that everyone chooses to convert

Monitoring and Updating

The company reserves the right to periodically monitor the effectiveness of the welfare plan, collecting feedback from employees and updating the measures according to emerging needs and current regulations.

Welfare & fringe benefits

  • Possibility to take advantage of the increased threshold (1000€ or 2000€ only if you have childrens) of fringe benefits through vouchers of different kinds: shopping vouchers, fuel vouchers, shopping vouchers of different kinds.

  • Unlimited use of direct platform purchases of :

  1. travel (both flights and hotels)
  2. subscriptions to gyms, swimming pools, other sports and spas/wellness centres.
  3. cinema admissions, theatre, museums, concerts, etc.
  4. training courses, specialist medical examinations, dental examinations, dieticians nutritionists and personal psychophysical wellbeing
  5. Reimbursement of expenses incurred for public transport season tickets
  6. Payment into a supplementary pension fund
  • The fringe benefit threshold resets to zero if the employee has benefits worth more than the threshold of €1,000 - or €2,000 for those with dependent children - in the year (only applies if the benefit is of equal or lower value in the year and not pro-rata). It resets to zero, in our case, certainly for all colleagues who have a car.

Already registered?*

  • CONNECT to the PORTAL https://beneficiari.edenred.it

  • LOG IN with the credentials you use for Ticket Restaurant®.

  • CERTIFY YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER with an OTP code if you have not already done so

  • GO TO "ADD PRODUCT" FROM THE MENU ON THE LEFT

  • SELECT the product "WELFARE SERVICES" and enter the 2TAB in REGISTRATION CODE

  • ADD THE REQUIRED DATA: tax code and Welfare PIN received by email

  • REGISTRATION COMPLETED!

If you still need to register...

  • CONNECT TO THE PORTAL https://beneficiari.edenred.it

  • CLICK on REGISTER

  • CHOOSE your CREDENTIALS (Username and Password) and CLICK on CONFIRM

  • ASSOCIATE your mobile phone number to your account via the OTP code you will receive by SMS

  • FROM THE LEFT MENU go to "ADD PRODUCT".

  • SELECT the product "WELFARE SERVICES" and enter the 2TAB REGISTRATION CODE

  • ADD THE REQUIRED DATA: tax code and Welfare PIN received by email

  • REGISTRATION COMPLETED!

2. HOW TO GET MONEY ON EDENRED

The Welfare Portal is an alternative to paying the bonus on the pay slip, so a share corresponding to the bonus accrued will be loaded after each review and at the employee's request.
