Tryber Compensation on payslips

May 2025 - NEW POLICY Starting from 1st of May 2025, no employee is entitled to receive compensation for performing tests. The only exception is ClickDay, which maintains a payout for those who successfully try their hand at it. Another partial exception is about ethical hacking, where a payout of 50% of the reward has been defined for Unguessers at the end of 2024. No other exceptions will be allowed.

However, if it happens to act as Trybers and be eligible for a reward, here is what we have provided, to facilitate employees and to minimize administrative error.

Option 1 ( and the one): Tryber compensation on pay slip : It is possible, for those who will request it, to move compensation as a Tryber on the pay slip

Keep in mind that :

  • the amount accrued, if transferred to the pay slip is intended to be gross - such premium may not be subject to tax deduction
  • we will proceed with a quarterly count, so we will enter the amounts requested in the March, June, September, December payslips.

Please note, that according to the new features, the amount that appears in the platform follows this logic :

1000€ on the profile is to be considered gross, from which will come a net transfer of 800€ + 200€ tax (1000€ total).

So the amount of 1000€ gross will be entered in the payslip.

To make the request, we ask that you fill out the following form by the end of each QUARTER :

TOTAL REQUEST CASE (e.g. I have 100 in my wallet, I request 100)

Open a request ticket HERE stating how you would like to receive the payment and the amount --> This is a quarterly Factorial survey.

  • Request, via support centre ticket, the activation of the employee tax profile (SKIP if you already have an employee tax profile)

  • Once you have received confirmation of tax profile activation (or in any case with an active employee tax profile), make a payment request from the Wallet https://tryber.me/it/payments/)

  • Wait for the payment, at which time the request will appear in the Wallet as payable

  • Once the payment is processed, Administration will notify Dev of the payment, which will update the status of the request by marking it as paid, the tester will see the request as paid in his/her profile and can then make a new request.

PARTIAL REQUEST CASE (e.g. I have 100 in my wallet, I request 60)

Precondition: the amount that can be requested must ALWAYS AND ALWAYS be the result of the sum of one or more amounts allocated on the campaigns, it cannot be a fixed value a priori. Example:

CP1 => 60€

CP2 => €40

In this case a request for 60€, 40€ or 100€ is allowed, a request for 75€ is not allowed, as this amount would not be a sum of the individual items.

  • Open a request ticket HERE stating how you would like to receive payment and the amount, compatible with the precondition --> This is a quarterly Factorial survey.

  • Apply via support centre ticket for activation of employee tax profile (SKIP if you already have an employee tax profile)

  • Once you have received confirmation of the activation of the tax profile (or in any case with an active employee tax profile), make a payment request from the wallet https://tryber.me/it/payments/), the request is automatically made with the entire amount you have on your wallet

  • Request, via support centre ticket, the modification of the payment request by indicating the same amount to be received, as indicated in the ticket to Administration

  • Wait for the payment, at this time the request will appear in the Wallet as to be paid with the Total amount until the ticket at point 4) is processed, which will reduce the requested amount to the desired amount

  • Once the payment has been processed, Administration will notify Dev of the payment, which will update the status of the request by marking it as paid, the tester will see the request as paid in his profile and can then make a new request.
