Referral Policy

Everyone can report new professional profiles to the company, in case of success of the selection process and recruitment of the candidate, the employee will receive a compensation of 5% of the RAL (only the fixed salary) of the new employee, divided as follow:

  • 2,5% : the new employee accepts the proposal and starts working at the company;

  • 2,5% : the new colleague successfully completes trial period.

Please note that employees directly involved in the hiring process will not receive a referral bonus

You can report applications :

  • by sending an email to hr@unguess.io

  • through factorial, in the job advertisement corresponding to the profile (in case of matching vacancies)
