This policy outlines our dedication to achieving and maintaining gender parity across all levels of our organization. It's a proactive approach to ensure that we comply industry standards for diversity and inclusion.

Gender Equality Certification is a significant step for our company and a direct result of our commitment to fostering, from day one, a truly inclusive and equitable workplace.

This certification is not a finish line, it’s a new starting point to keep improving and measuring ourselves on these essential topics.
